金鵬

金鵬:博士,教授,碩士生導師。江西高安人,畢業于江南大學發酵工程專業,師從中國工程院陳堅院士,獲工學博士。長期緻力于合成生物學、微生物代謝工程、分子酶學、蛋白表達、天然活性産物合成與綠色制造、食品營養與功能性食品開發等研究領域,近年來以第一作者或通訊作者在Metabolic Engineering, Journal of Hazardous Materials, ACS Synthetic Biology, Carbohydrate Polymers, Bioresource Technology, Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, Food Chemistry等國際期刊發表研究論文40餘篇;入選bv伟德官方网站優秀青年培養計劃。

研究方向

微生物代謝工程與合成生物學,及食品生物制造等方向。
