
李永新,副教授,碩士生導師。2015年畢業于澳大利亞紐卡斯爾大學,獲食品科學博士學位。主持完成浙江省自然科學基金一項,在研科研項目2項。已在《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry》、《Food Chemistry》、《Postharvest Biology and Technology》等期刊,以第一/通訊作者發表SCI論文20餘篇。
