許光治，理學博士，教授，碩士生導師。中國農學會食物與營養專委會委員，浙江省食品學會理事，省食品學會青年工作委員會副秘書長，省微生物學會理事。主要從事農林食品資源功能評價與高效利用、食品微生物等，主持國家自然科學基金等省部級項目6項，發表學術論文40多篇。
