王東輝，博士，講師，中共黨員。2022年6月畢業于江南大學化學工程與技術專業，自2022年8月加入食品安全微分析團隊，目前主要研究方向為新型小分子熒光探針和納米材料的設計與制備、食品污染物的檢測與去除。近年來以第一作者身份發表SCI論文4篇。
