
徐玉,博士,特聘副教授。主要從事食品功能因子穩态化體系構建及其營養增效機制研究。近年來以第一作者的身份在Biomaterials,ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces,Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry,Food & Function以及International Journal of Biological Macromolecules等國際權威期刊發表SCI論文10餘篇,獲2023年度遼甯省自然科學學術成果獎。
