張亞輝,2020年加入bv伟德官方网站功能性食品與營養創新團隊。2022年獲批麗水市“百博入百企”挂職企業人才,擔任嘉興市第九批科技特派員。

研究方向

功能因子的功能性評價,食品納米技術。

利用納米技術增強功能因子的穩定性與生物利用度,同時利用細胞、動物模型等評價其耐缺氧(EGCG)、抗耐藥(無機金屬及半導體)、抑制冷後渾(茶乳酪)、降糖減肥(α-澱粉酶抑制劑,奧利司他)效能與機制。
