
章铖,中共黨員,工學博士,講師。2023年7月加入糧油儲藏與加工團隊,主要從事糧油儲藏與加工、預制菜肴開發、食品加工高新技術、食品智能包裝等方面的研究。參與發表SCI論文18篇,以第一作者在Food Chemistry、Innovative Food Science & Emerging Technologies等食品領域期刊發表SCI論文8篇,其中高被引論文2篇,授權國家專利3件。
